I worked with FBABEE for my first Amazon FBA shipment, and overall the experience was very smooth and professional. They handled inspection (AQL), pickup from my supplier, ocean shipping, labeling, customs clearance, and final delivery to multiple Amazon warehouses. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they kept me updated on shipment status. Even when there were minor delays due to port congestion and weather, they informed me promptly and guided me on updating the delivery window in Seller Central. The shipments were successfully delivered, and everything was received and accounted for by Amazon. For a first-time seller, having a freight forwarder that understands Amazon’s requirements made a big difference. I appreciate their support and would consider working with them again.
