Terrible and horrible experience with Compasia. Placed an order at their e-store. No update from the customer service, even I follow up with them, until now they play dead and ignoring me. I had officially lodged a complaint with KPDN. Misleading advertising Update comment: Today 23 January, the fifth working day, still not getting any shipment detail or updates. The only update I got from them was your device still QC process. They are just giving empty promises to customers. My order ID #CAM79445
