Customer service response has been…
Customer service response has been excellent in process information and timeliness. Their communication has been concise and well phrased with options offered that have been sufficient to satisfy my issues and needs. The size I selected which was the same as a previous item ordered and loved, did not fit me. They have offered to send me a new item in the next size up with no questions asked. It's hard to beat that. I totally appreciate the attention and speed at which they have attended to my wishes to resolve this issue.
