Great Service and Easy-to-Use Interface
Today I had two calls with the NBKC Helpdesk. I am unfortunately terrible with names, so I can’t seem to remember them at the moment. Nonetheless, both operators were Knowledgeable, Helpful, and Efficient! I got into my account after an extended period away with almost no trouble. Thank you very much for helping me today.
