Even before they processed my order
Even before they processed my order, I asked them to cancel so that I can order from the EU platform. They said they don't have it from the stock anyways and they will refund me for the tax. They didn't reply my emails after I recieved the product. Also, if you are sending from China to Europe, and if I expressed my my wish to order from the EU version fo your webpage, I think it is clear that an EU plug should be used, but no. So, I get an extra TAX + Comission Fee of Fedex, then I need to buy a converter from US to EU plug. But for the long run use, since it does not have a CE ceritficate I need to buy another EU adapter. I wish I did not buy this at all. I do not recommend.
