NOT HELPFUL
We’ve had the monitoring center for 5 years. We’ve had some hardship in the beginning of this month, so we couldn’t pay the full years worth which was 295 and we decided to call them back cause we had the money an they told us we would also be charged an additional reinstallation fee of 125. Saying that supposedly a technician would have to come out and do something. When we already have everything and it hasn’t even been a month since we canceled. They won’t work with you. They recommended we’d find some other company. They couldn’t even waive the reinstallation fee. We don’t need a technician, we have everything already. Everything is brand new, it was working perfectly fine. But since we canceled, they wana throw another fee. Mind you adding up the 295 and the 125 is $35 dollars a month for 12 months, not the low $15.99 they advertise. Sadly, we have to walk away from them because of how they treated us over the phone
