Illegally holding my data.
After deciding against using their services I asked to be unsuncribed from their emails. After the third time clicking unsubscribe I was still receiving emails. I emailed them to ask them to delete my data and close account and no longer wanted to receive anything. A week later no response and another email. I went on to live chat saying they no longer had consent to use any of my data and it should be deleted and not one person has come back to me. They are now illegally holding and using my data. I wouldn’t bother even following the quiz.
