On 1/22/26 I purchase a service book for a 2002 VTX1800 AND The download didn't work, so I sent a message to customer service. They were very helpful and sent me a link to retrieve my purchase in a timely manner. even checked back afterwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I am very happy it has everything that a dealer has. I defiantly will buy again.
