It'\nS.A. huge upgrade from the older reality that we used to have faster forehead, make it way more functional and product. So far has been good quality. There have been some hiccups with some of the software and in the first 2 months, we had to replace a tool head.\nSo there are definitely improvements that are needed as the product moves into new versions.. Customer service has been very good and has followed up and had great communication. Very happy with the customer service.Overall great product and great company.
