Avoid!
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with….I ordered 3 tables, they took over 10 weeks to arrive. One of the tables arrived with the wrong legs, another of the legs that arrived was damaged. Two out of the three wooden table tops had dents and marks on them. I obviously got on to customer service to arrange a return. It’s been 3 weeks and 6 requests for a return and I am still no further along, the keep offering discounts to my return email requests despite me making it clear a full return is my requst. I’ve been offered a 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% refund along with numerous free gifts and vouchers for future purchases (ha) Don’t know what I have to do to get this product returned because the just won’t accept it. Avoid this company at all costs.
