Trip to China
Mr. Chandler Wang provided a comprehensive itinerary and proposal for my trip to China. The proposal fully complied with my requests and included clear details and descriptions of each location to be visited, the types of hotels, as well as a detailed list of what was included and excluded in the price, together with the financial terms and conditions. Mr. Chandler was prompt in responding to my requests for clarification, whether by email, through China Highlights’ secure website system, or occasionally via WhatsApp. His responses were very helpful, particularly in assisting me with visa arrangements and the recommended insurance. The proposed payment methods are secure and the process was quick and efficient. I am looking forward to enjoying the trip.
