The passengers were cold
The passengers were cold, so we asked for the air conditioning to be turned down. This took a very long time, and eventually the temperature rose from 17°C to 19°C. The lunch break lasted only 20 minutes. Nowhere I could find the information about the arrival time. The bus however was in good conditions. Therefore, 2 stars.
