Swapping large tumbler for smaller one
I ordered two large tumblers and wanted to swap one for a smaller one. Contacted Norlan and they were super helpful. Took me through the simple return process and shipped the small tumbler as soon as the return was received. Love the tumblers! They are beautiful and very impressive.
