Awful quality avoid and do not buy there products
So we ordered a desk for my daughters new room, the desk online looked great and a good quality desk. We waited around 10 weeks for delivery which was my fault i didnt realise where it was been shipped from so i was happy to wait as i thought we had made the right choice. When the product arrived i unpackaged it and straight away regretted our purchase i could tell straight away how poor the quality of materials and how thin the product was and there wasant even runners for the drawers the colour of the desk looked different online everything about it said cheap and nasty, i have attempted to get a refund because it truly is a terrible product that iv payed over £100 for and all litfad keep saying is we will give you a 15% refund and a 15% coupon and a thank you gift i dont want anything else from this consumer apart from a full refund for selling me something that lacks any type of quality and looks different to whats been sold online
