I had a problem with my Septekon 806 rtd camera that has been brilliant for 15 months. I wrote to their customer services and received an instant response(under 5 minutes) the problem persisted but they kept replying so quickly. After a few pitfalls they found the problem and in under 2 hours the issue was resolved. I am amazed. So quick. So patient. So helpful. If you need a great good value security camera with excellent customer service this is the one to buy. Thank you all.
