I had a wonderful experience working…
I had a wonderful experience working with Vastpins and especially with Suen Sun. From the initial quotation to production and shipping, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. Suen was always responsive, patient, and attentive to details, making communication easy and stress-free. We ordered several custom enamel pins for our client, and the final products arrived safely and looked fantastic. The quality of the pins was excellent, and the colors matched our expectations perfectly. Our client was very happy with the result. I was particularly impressed by the level of customer service. Suen carefully answered all of my questions, provided artwork proofs promptly, and kept me informed throughout the production process. The order was completed on schedule, and shipping information was provided clearly. Thank you to Suen and the Vastpins team for their outstanding support. I highly recommend Vastpins to anyone looking for high-quality custom pins and reliable service. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
