Customer service and Tech support are A1. Got the Snapmaker U1 on Kickstarter. This is my 8th 3d printer. When this works it puts all others to shame. Had a bunch of issues but tech support has been responsive and sent me the parts necessary to fix the machine. Software needs some fixes ie if you are printing a full plate and one piece is bad I can’t seem to find a way to stop printing that one piece. Creality has it. Heads are overly complicated and difficult to clear out clogs. Generates almost no poop. Speed is great. Been using PLA , PETG and TPU and getting fantastic prints.
