I purchasCharged multiple times without consent – no data recovereded Dr.Fone (Mac)
I purchased Dr.Fone (Mac) – Data Recovery (iOS/Android) expecting it to recover my data as advertised. Unfortunately, the software did not recover a single file, even after following all instructions properly. What made the experience worse is that I was charged three times, including a charge in the following month, without my consent or authorization. I did not approve or allow any recurring or additional payments. The product delivered zero results, and the billing practice was extremely disappointing and unclear. I have requested a full refund for all charges, as the software provided no value and the additional charges were not approved by me. I am sharing this review to warn other users to be very careful about both the effectiveness of the software and the billing practices.
