Nancy took time to help me with looking up where my box was and everything and then she also had a casual conversation with me because I was rambling on and she did not try to rush off the phone and disconnecting like had before when I called I think you got a real good customer service representative for your guys facility right there with Nancy I hope to talk to her again because she is real helpful and everything like that.
