Good flight
I was frightened by the reviews, but decised to give it a shot due to the good price. I got a 20kg check-in baggage for free. The online check-in was useless, it did not give me which airport terminal do I go for departure. When I arrived at counter, the staff processed my ticket like I have not checked-in before. Boarding opened 20 mins late, but passengers were few so we still got ready to fly on time. Flight experience: It's the first time I've seen as a dirty toilet on an airplane. Sits were fine, enough leg space. What impressed me was that they gave water and bun even on a 1hr 50 min flight. Many low-cost carrier don't even do that. Overall, I will still take batik airline again.
