You doubled my price in one day!
You doubled my price in one day, as my card on file was compromised and therefore shut down. When I got your email and tried to renew, my pricing plan had doubled in price. Your support person that I contacted couldn't have cared any less! I immediately switched to another product. Very poor business model on Splashtop's part. I'm gone and won't return to your service, even though it is a better product, but not that much better.
