Typecase Keyboard
We purchased a Typecase product for an iPad 11 pro. One of the keys came off and we contacted Typecase for warranty coverage. The response time was within a couple of hours and they provided instructions on possibly fixing the key issue. We were unsuccessful. We contacted customer support again and the response time again was prompt. The company was able to send a new keyboard immediately. The delivery was fast and we received the new keyboard within 24 hours. This is an awesome company with great customer support.
