There was absolutely nothing that was done other than that. I guess there must be something in the terms and conditions about only losing money and not winning. And support just gave me the following complete nonsense and refused to say anything specific: After a detailed review of your account and recent activity, our compliance team determined that you did not meet certain requirements outlined in our Terms and Conditions. As a result, the redemption request has been voided in line with our platform policies. Please understand that our compliance team handles all account evaluations and resulting decisions to ensure adherence to our rules and to protect the fairness and integrity of the platform for all users. response: I'd love a real explanation, and so would everyone else reading this. You didn't give me one in email or in chat and I bet you won't here either. I give you permission to reveal to all why you refused to pay me over $400 and ban me if you wish. My terms and conditions with you is that you do not steal my money. You have violated that. I'd suggest caution to anyone thinking they'll actually get the money that they might win on this site.
