Absolutely appalling Service from theiving company!!! We purchased a luxury suitcase from them for $900US currency conversion to $1900AUS, at the beginning of December, and the experience has been nothing short of a headache and frustration. Despite paying such a premium price, we have received nothing but conflicting, misleading information. We were given three different shipping dates, one of which stated that it would be received between 1-3 days, yet we had no advised delivery from the local post who had no infomation on it, so that was a flat-out lie. We have been told numerous times that it was 'stuck in Customs' or there is a huge 'backlog and delay', while we have successfully received multiple parcels from all over the world during the same period, yet this bag still remains un-delivered.
