Charley in tech support was very patient and helpful
Charley helped me through a tough spot. I am new to laser woodworking and engraving, so I have worked hard to learn the basics. I am also on the older side of life and struggle with keeping up with technology. When I hit a snag in setting up a camera on my new Boss Laser I reached out for help. After a bit of a wait Charley gave me a call to walk me through the set up and get me on my way.
