I bought a A2L 3D printer in June of 2026 and it have been broke for almost 2 months. I have replaced parts lots of parts and it still doesn’t work have been messaging technical support back and forth finally they have agreed to send me a box to send it back and get a replacement but low and behold they sent the wrong box. They sent a box for the A1 so now here goes more emails to technical support. I don’t understand why everything has to go through emails and chat. This has been horrible. I actually wanted to buy a third printer but now I’m rethinking that!!! I guess I’m at the mercy of emails and waiting. The support team for Bambu labs are terrible!
