Room not as described
I recently booked a stay with Agoda. Both the photos and list of core amenities did not match the room. The hotel staff were polite and apologetic however Agoda customer service was disappointing with a clear objective to avoid providing fair compensation for the error. I will be choosing a different booking platform in the future.
