First of all
First of all, not knowing a thing about the process, I felt completely at ease with customer service. Specifically Tammy. She was thorough, soft spoken and answered all my questions even if they seemed childish. The whole process from beginning to end was pleasant. I want to that Morris Press Cookbooks for their professionalism and compassion .
