Bad first impressions.
The website seemed like a great experience with everything they needed upfront. In the end, they tried to sell me a website because they said I didn't have an online presence. I made a phone call to the company and the phone rang and rang. It would break in every once in a while, saying the line was being recorded. And then finally someone answered. They spoke English, but I couldn't understand what the hell they were talking about. I would say something and then there would be a long pause. They would answer, but not in a normal conversation that I expected. I ended up hanging up on them due to lack of good communication.
