Okay app, poor customer service
The app itself is okay albeit very clearly AI and the keyboard is difficult to use for typing answers (very small keys, easy to make a mistake and hard to delete). The main issue is customer service. I initially signed up to a month subscription. Aware the month was coming to an end and not wanting the payment to renew I went to cancel the recurrence. I tried on the website initially but had lost my password. The password reset link sent did not exist. I contacted customer service who were very quick to respond and after some back and forth they cancelled the renewal. However instead of just cancelling from the next month, they cancelled at that date meaning I lost a week of access which I had paid for. After a few emails on this and being messed around they have now stopped sending full emails and simply finished with 'we can see your subscription is cancelled'. In conclusion the app is okay but there are better language learning apps, the customer service is there but they won't try and resolve anything and just get you going round in circles (I assume so you give up). I would avoid.
