I didn’t intend to make a monthly contribution…
I recently made a contribution I thought was a single donation. I saw the same amount appear on my statement, and it turns out that I had inadvertently selected a recurring donation. When I reached out to change.org, I was surprised and the speed with which they responded and addressed my issue. I would not have any concern regarding future contributions going through them. Did I say their customer service representative was awesome! Thanks Andrea!
