I was really disappointed with my experience ordering from PureCozyHome.com. The product photos on their website look high-quality and stylish, which is what convinced me to buy. Unfortunately, the rug I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The materials, texture, and overall quality were far cheaper than what the photos led me to expect. It felt like a knockoff compared to the polished, high-end look shown on the site. What made the experience even worse was customer service. When I reached out to return the rug, the representative insisted that the rug I received was “the same rug advertised on the site,” despite the clear differences in appearance and quality. They also refused to pay for return shipping, even though their website states they will cover return shipping if there is something wrong with the product. Overall, this felt misleading and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone expecting to receive what’s shown in their product photos. Shop very cautiously.
