Substandard and damaged/not as described
The products I ordered took a long time arrive and when they did one was so damaged it was useless (hat) and the other was not as described. It was described as a sweater and was really a cheap sweatshirt. These things were part of a 70th birthday gift and I would be embarrassed to gift them. They would not offer a return or refund but after much back and forth offered a new hat. Stay away from this company. Bad products, bad experience. Waste of money. The solution they refer to in their response is 10% off the sweatshirt. This response is not helpful. I wanted to return the whole thing and be reimbursed for the shipping but this was not offered. Still very dissatisfied.
