I was told I'd get a trial
I was told I'd get a trial, and I was charged anyway. Then I couldn't even do the phone transfer because the software didn't work. Now I got 40$ taken, and I have to find somewhere else to move my data to my new phone. Tech Support asked for 400 things to help the situation. I told them what happened, then they asked for more, then said they won't help. They use something called Wondershare, and it is awful. Felt like a complete scam
