Wish I could put 0 stars. Super unprofessional. I had a Wayfair furniture assembly booked for 3 weeks for 1 pm today. The "pro" called me at 10:15am to tell me he was 10 mins away. I told him our apt was at 1pm so please come then as I was not home. Then he waited until 12:30pm to cancel our appointment. When I spoke to customer service they wanted to give me a new date, but I decided to cancel the service altogether and get a refund. Otherwise there was no financial compensation for him wasting my time today and I do not trust their service or the professionalism of their employees. There should be some sort of compensation for that. All they could promise was to not have the same "pro" to come back again - that would be horribly awkward. "Pros" should not be allowed to call 3 hours in advance and say they are 10 minutes away.
