I hope that I do not receive some AI
I hope that I do not receive some AI response that I have been getting trying to message support here. I am currently at 17 days and counting on my $1000 redemption even though, they have stated that redemptions take anywhere from 2-10 days. Every time I ask about the status on my redemption I receive the same response that leads to no where… I have no idea how this platform can continue to attract new customers with this type of process but I can guarantee you that everyone that goes through this type of situation switches to better, more reliable platforms that initiate redemptions much faster.
