Avoid at all cost
Certified Fasting activated an abonnement without my knowledge or approval. No links or information on the website about terminating the abonnement. Avoid at all cost. Edit: after some searching I was able to find a termination option for the Nutrition subscription. While this did require going through a long series of retainer questions - any of which answered incorrectly ("no, I have not completed the first seven days") sent me back to the initial subscription - I was able to terminate the subscription. In parallel, I had sent an email to the helpdesk and contrary to other people's expectations got a rapid response stating that in addition to the nutrition plan, also a premium plan was active. The termination link wasn't immediately obvious (and ended in "premium_upsell"), it was possible to terminate the premium subscription with a couple of clicks. The plans are still accessible until the end dates in March and May, respectively :( In short, unpleasant experience but at least they responded quickly.
