Lovely products and Empress costumer service
Lovely products delivered with the subscription plan and exceptional customer service. I had to exchange the size of my purchase and received a patient and helpful response. Love the dedication to making the experience Empress-like; I think it adds value to the products, which are already great! Shipping was smooth, I had to pay a customs fee upon delivery, which was expected for an international shipment.
