I tried to download an add on from Troypoint.com who recommended premiumize.me without informing me of the charge as I already have a service. The Troypoint.com add on did not work so I emailed premiumize.me three separate times without a reply. On the forth email I sent I kindly warned them that I can dispute through my credit card if they do not reply. They then replied "We do not offer 24/7 support. I have just processed your refund in accordance with our refund policy. As you can imagine, we are happy to do without customers like you who threaten us with chargebacks, so I have permanently suspended your account." They punished me since they were not able to reply in a timely matter. No I do not want to do business with a company like this. Do you?
