g2g sellers sell unsafe accounts and deny refunds or help
I’ve been a seller and buyer at g2g for almost 4-5 years. The website is great in my opinion and i’ve seen it imrpove as time passed. You can purchase codes/items etc almost safely here but the only bad part is buying accounts here. Most sellers on this website sell Stolen accounts that were taken from compromised people who have their information out in the world and these guys sell it to people on here to make money from it. It’s either some of the accounts don’t get touched but some of them get pulled back almost instantly after your purchase. Sellers here deny refunds and try to replace ur stolen account for another stolen account until he tests their luck and the original owner doesn’t pull one. They also take advantage of the 14 day warranty period where they wait until the 14 day period is over, then they recover the account back so the buyer can’t be protected anymore. They also mislead u saying the account is “safe” when it’s not. Currently i rate this experience a 1 star because I personally just bought a valorant account for $200 around, and the seller told me after i purchased, “secure the account and change the email and password.” So after i purchased, the seller gave me the information of the account, I logged in, changed the email and password on the account and boom. I secured it as the seller prompted me to. I figured i would be safe but no. Not even 24 hours later, i try to login to the account and it says the login credentials are wrong. I knew it was taken away/ pulled back because i specifically changed the password to a password i remmeber and i even wrote it down in my notes beforehand. I also linked a google account to it to see if it would also unlink that. Which it did. So boom, the seller sold me a stolen account and it got taken away from me in less than 24 hours. Great! Now i have to report this to the seller. I showed him screenshots that it wasn’t working, i told him i can provide all the proof he needs. And the seller REJECTS my issue and also replies saying he doesn’t have time to review my proof and videos and screenshots. And he also called ME a scammer because he thinks that I CHANGED the email. Which btw his reasoning for rejecting my refund is because “Buyer changed the email and password” Like hello? You told me to change the email and password to the account to fully secure the stolen valorant account u sold me 😂. Either way, valorant also makes it weird where if a account gets recovered, they don’t notify u saying it was recovered to u, they just take it back to the original owner with no explanation since it’s obviously was stolen from this seller or his supplier. Now i’m at this stage where… I bought a valorant account, I secured it by the sellers demands, It got pulled back by ogo under 24 hours, I report issue and request a refund, Seller rejects it almost immediately, Tells me that i’m a scammer, Doesn’t want my proof and videos that i’m offering him, And now i have to wait 2 days to escalate my case witb support. Luckily, g2g does provide 14 day warranty for account related selling but i’m not sure 100% if g2g will help me out here. I will update my review whenever they respond but at this very moment, This is a 1 star because of where i’m sitting at. I will update this post whenever i get an update. I’m currently waiting for g2g to respond to the ticket and say the outcome soon! Edit (02/06/26): G2g replied to my review saying i didn’t escalate the case which i literally escalated it already. That’s just your update for now. Nothing has been resolved or responded to yet. I will update again once something happens Edit (02/15/26): G2g finally reviewed my case and refunded me after sending them almost 30+ screenshots and videos of proof that the seller scammed me/sold me a stolen account. It took almost 2 weeks to get my refund. I will give it a 3 star but the response time needs more work for sure! Happy i got my refund and im glad they protect u for 14 days for super recent fradualent cases but it sucks they dont protect u for that long. If u want to risk money but want a warranty, g2g is the move but if u want a long term account. I dont recommend buying anywhere unless someone u fully trust as its always comes with risk! Got my refund so im happy regardless
