Bad Experience
The shipping cost for an 8 kg parcel was quoted at USD 150. However, I was recently charged only USD 60 by Superbuy for shipping a 5 kg parcel. Additionally, I was charged a “service fee” at the time of submitting my parcel. There was no explanation provided regarding the purpose of this fee, and I have never previously been charged a similar service fee when using other agents. Furthermore, I was informed that a seller had allegedly failed to ship an item for over 20 days and that only a refund could be offered. After contacting the seller directly, they confirmed that no such issue had occurred. To verify this, I later purchased the same item again through Superbuy, and it was delivered to their warehouse within three days.
