70 CHF paid – then an additional 300 USD requested Very disappointing. I purchased a subscription for 70 CHF after the website clearly stated that my video issue with the RSV format could be solved. That is the only reason I paid for the software. After downloading the program, I realized that the software cannot even open or upload RSV files. Repairing or converting the file was therefore not possible at all. After a long back-and-forth with support, I was then told that I would need to pay an additional 300 USD for an internal lab repair of the video. These extra costs were never mentioned anywhere before the purchase. This feels very unprofessional to me: First, support for this issue is advertised, then the software does not work as promised, and in the end you are asked to pay a large additional amount of money.
