I am writing to report an incident that occurred during my stay at your hotel on January 3, 2026. I was staying in rooms 209 and 210 and discovered that jewelry had been stolen from my room. The stolen jewelry included a gold chain and a ring, which I kept in a small bag. I suspect the housekeeper is responsible for the theft, as she was the only person who had access to my room during my absence. After sending an email, I received no response.
