Their responses on Trustpilot are just standardized, copy-pasted templates and are the same for everyone. They say they’ll get back to you, but nobody ever actually contacts you.A disgrace for a platform of Trip.com’s scale. I paid for an upgrade on October 5th. Since then, absolutely nothing has happened. The airline has no record of this upgrade because Trip.com is blocking the booking due to a so-called "technical bug."
I have been getting the runaround for over 12 days, being asked to "wait another 24 hours" every single time I call. Customer service provides zero follow-up and offers no concrete solution or alternative, even though my flight is scheduled for October 28th.
As a loyal Diamond member who actively recommended this app, I am extremely disappointed by this total lack of responsiveness and professionalism. If you take the money instantly, you should at least be capable of delivering the service or offering an alternative when there is a technical issue on your end!
