RC controller broke on the very first use. I have been trying to get something done since 01/19/2026 and 16 days later and I have a helicopter I cant use and no solution to the problem. Customer service is so slow it is basically non existent. Sooo Disappointed !!! Update / They did send a new controller. Just took quite a while to get resolved but they did resolve the problem. 3.5 Stars
