Recently had an issue, it’s now in the process of being resolved. (I’m told) Only issue, that I had to rate on Trustpilot before they engaged with me. Hopefully I’ll not have to rate again if the resolve is not resolved 😃

Shocking customer service !!
I ordered a shower bracket, sadly my shower head is too big for it. I followed their process, of trying to get in touch prior to sending back. Five emails, not one reply!! Dreadful customer service!!!! Edit: all is well, they have fully refunded my costs, great response
