Unfair Account Breach & False Accusations
I had a very disappointing experience with TradexMastery. My account was breached after I was accused of copy trading, something that is completely untrue. I trade independently and have done so for years. No clear or detailed evidence was provided to support the allegation, and the decision felt predetermined rather than based on a fair review. It’s concerning how quickly the breach was enforced without transparent communication or an opportunity to properly address the accusation. From my perspective, it seems they are willing to find reasons to invalidate accounts rather than engage in a balanced and professional dispute process. For any serious trader, trust and transparency are critical. Unfortunately, I did not experience either here. I would strongly advise anyone considering TradexMastery to thoroughly understand their breach policies and how accusations are handled before committing funds.
