Extremely poor customer service
They shipped my order and it was lost in transit. After I reached out and requested a refund, they said they will only refund partially and will not re-ship my item for free. Then I opened a dispute with my credit card company and they immediately apologized and begged me several times to drop the dispute. Also, I used a code for free shipping on my order but they still charged me for shipping. I even sent them a proof via email.
