MY COMPLAINT: I would like to return my order kenmiso order KENM24569 bcs ur YouTube advertising shows actual copper coins however, what I received were copper looking coins with stickers on them. Please refund back to card used for my order. Also, where do I return coins to. THERE REPLY: Dear buyer, we are very sorry that our goods did not meet your expectations. We can offer you a 20% refund as compensation. We hope you can forgive us. We will continue to improve and look forward to providing you with better service. Do you think it's okay? MY REPLY: U can't determine a 20% refund when u are using false advertising. I am a penny collector and I need real coins. MY SECOND REPLY: When will my acct be refunded 100% of my purchase for your SCAM PRODUCT. I have filed a SCAM REPORT with YouTube.
