Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I have always ordered from Scottsdale as I love their product and they have always been timely. This time I ordered from Scottsdale in Jan of 2026. Understandably this time of ordering is challenging as there has been high demand. I didnt mind waiting since I have always enjoyed their product. At the time of their site said orders can take 2 to 4 weeks to process. No worries. Then the site changed and orders were now 4 to 6 weeks out with the CEO explaining why. I should be under the 4 weeks for delivery at most but I wait the 6 since I liked Scottsdale. Well at 6 weeks, no metal. No message. Nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone at Scottsdale. They went from my favorite mint to one I will never do business with again. Totally pathetic.
